short walk quiet room helpful staff
The location was near Taksim square. Everything was within a short walk. My room was quiet, SO I could study well. The staff were very helpful AND kind.
The front DOOR of the hotel has some steps and I had to lift my luggage on my own!

Excellent Spot Near Taksim!
convenient location excellent service clean room useful elevator
this location proved convenient, close to taksim square and istiklal street, which allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff offered excellent service, attending to our needs promptly and efficiently. i found the room very clean upon arrival, and daily cleaning ensured a comfortable stay. i greatly appreciated the elevator, as it eliminated any worries about carrying luggage up stairs.
The room i stayed in felt a little small. It slightly impacted my ability to fully relax.

Acceptable Location, Some Disappointing Aspects
small room broken dispenser
The location is very close to Taksim Square.
The room I was given was quite small. It barely had windows facing outwards. The soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn't working, and staff didn't fix it or offer an explanation, I found that quite frustrating.
